Alohi began with a simple question.
What kind of beauty is worth creating?
For founder Kelly Lauren, the answer had always lived close to home. Growing up between Hawaii and Southern California, the ocean became more than a destination. It became a way of seeing the world. A slower rhythm. A respect for nature. A belief that true beauty feels effortless because it grows from who we are.
The name Alohi means bright and shining in Hawaiian. Light is revealed through reflection, and we believe people are much the same. The qualities we cultivate within ourselves become visible in the way we move through the world. Beauty is something we carry, share, and reflect.
The idea for Alohi first took shape in 2022 through Kelly's love of sewing, design, and creating clothing that felt timeless. After losing her home in the 2025 Malibu fires, she returned to that original vision with even greater clarity. She chose to build a brand around the places, values, and experiences that had always felt most true: the ocean, craftsmanship, femininity, and a life lived close to nature.
Today, every Alohi piece is designed in Hawaii and handcrafted in Brazil using premium fabrics chosen for exceptional comfort, movement, and longevity. Each collection is produced in limited runs with an emphasis on quality over quantity and silhouettes that remain beautiful season after season.

Made to Order
Every Alohi piece is made to order in small batches, which is part of what allows us to keep our production limited and our quality high.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 2 weeks from the date your order is delivered to decide if it's right for you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic stickers still attached.
